Honestly, the best way to resolve that issue is to overwrite the windows installation. That means you need to run windows setup to repair it. This will not affect any of your programs and it will resolve that issue.thanx Riedwaan Gasnola : WIndows wont open and all i get is the safe mode screen. than its popping some message up that says Himem.sys is missing and KRNL386.exe is missing?? HELP ANYONE..
