: I am having a problem printing from IE 5.5 on Windows 2000 pro workstation.
: I can print by clicking on the print icon in the toolbar but when I select Print from the File menu I get message "An error occurred during this operation." The computers are set up at a local school and I'm not sure if they want to update to IE 6 so any help solving this problem in 5.5 will be greatly appreciated.
