: I use Windows 98SE operating system and have had MSWord 2000 successfully installed and in use for well over one year. Since deleting sulfnbk.exe as the result of a hoax virus alert I reinstalled the file but have subsequently been unable to open the Word programme. Each time I try to open either a document or the programme itself the pc freezes. I received an error message that informed me that WINWORD had caused a protection error in USER.EXE

: I cannot access important documents whether saved on back up CD or on the C drive. HELP!
