Well, you can try and install windows via a bootdisk. Make sure there's a copy of the installation files on you driver (ie c:\windows\options\cabs\setup.exe) or ensure that dos gives you CD rom support so you can load it from d:/setupif that fails, delete all .VXD files and reinstall as above, although you may need to reinstall some apps like antivirus or firewall.
