Error codeJust installed windows me and get a error oe:0187:bff7b018
Press any key or ctrl and delete to restart.
You will get this error if you have done some of the following installed win ME or installed a windows patch or neo burning these are just some of the problems I have read about.
Fix
(1) Go to add remove programs and select Internet explorer and tools and repair
(2) my comp / c drive / program files / Internet explorer / ie setup (ie 6 setup) then select a typical installation.
If you dont have ie setup dont worry if you have a Internet installation disc from a Internet provider you will have one in there
Right click the CD ROM drive and click explore
NOTE IF YOU USE A INTERNET PROVIDERS CDROM YOU MAY HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING IF YOU ARE ASKED TO REGISTER AGAIN FOR THE INTERNET PROVIDER.
GOTO MY COMP C DRIVE PROGRAM FILES INTERNET EXPLORER AND DELET THE SIGNUP FOLDER
YOUR COMPUTER WILL INSTALL ANOTHER FOLDER IF IT REQUIRES ONE IN THE FUTURE
You will have to do this if you are a Bt Internet customer or Bt Openworld customer
If you have problems with Internet explorer or outlook express this is one of the best fixes
