I'm having the same problem and it's driving me crazy, I also have a worm W32_welchia_worm and I don't know how to remove it, my pc says "Unable to repair" if any one can help me please respond to philjr@peoplepc.com.Thanks,

the problem is winserv was on my pc a virus and has to be removed from the regestry through regedit which is a bit shit but yeh, it dont seem to be removeable any other way, but after doing this i couldent check to see if i had been successful since my hard drive burnt through the bearing and is now lodged in my wall so yeh... have fun.....uvblack@hotmail.com

still no help? Noone else is having this problem? Noone has a fix for this?
