Have Presario V3000. Was receiving the Blue Screen of Death for some time tried to reinstall Windows XP from CD used for last installation. Finally got the Windows XP installed but when I tried to delete and partition, it wouldn't happen. Ran HDD self Test which failed giving error #1 07 Fail. Tried reading on the net but no solution, most say it is HDD error but i know it is not as some posts strongly suggest. Anyone having same problem or solution?
