my friend brought a IBM thinkpad by today and somehow managed to lock himself out of the computer administration. he bought the computer at a garage sale and doesn't remember the password that was given with it. How do i crash the computer so i can remove all passwords and put windows xp instead of the windows 2000 professional that someone put on it. he can't log on to the internet or change any of the settings
