I clicked on a antivirus advertisment by mistake, and now i can't get rid of it, it is blocking me sending e-mails out, wat can i do, have tried most obvious things.

One of the easiest things to do is backup all your important data (and scan it later before you use it again), then format and re-install windows.
The other choice is to do the same as above but go to ubuntu.com get the CD, install that and never have that problem or a lot of others like it again.
