i tried to restore a toshiba satellite bought in 2001, so pretty old, i belive its an A-?...haha sorry. anyway halfway through it forze after it cleared my harddrive..the tech guy i called was fucking useless when he told me to restart it b/c now my hadrdrive has no info on in in the first placeit says "failure to read drive A"...and then enter the correct command interpreter name....can someone please point me in a direction where to go because im unusually stumped. thank you for your time
