MS Help and Support center error message
Error signature
AppName: helpctr.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.2180 ModName: oinfo11.ocx
ModVer: 11.0.6550.0 Offset: 0000cfeb
When I click debug I get "Unhandles exception in help center.exe (oinfo11.ocx: 0xC0000005): access violation" from the debug function
The system information window is blank.
How do I retreeve the use of the system information function?
