Please help! My folder options are set as "Classic" MS style and I view most files with "details", but I frequently can't enable or access the "Thumbnails" view to see my photos (.jpg). The word "Thumbnails" does not exist in MS Help. Two files exist (PPThumbs.ptn and Thumbs.db) that seem to relate to it, but I can't figure them out. These are also not mentioned in MS Help. How can I enable or access the Thumbnails view in all my photos? Thank you.

mary, can you access thumbnails in any view? files? word docs? if so go to tools,folder options, view tab, apply to all folders and see if that helps
