Hi all, this is the same old problem, ONLY I can't get either my CD-ROM, or my DVD rewrite to open to insert a boot disk. I would sure be thankful for any suggestions, help, wisdom, anyone might have to get one of these drives open. Thanks to All, Hope You All ahve a GREAT DAY!!! P.S. Can I use a Restore CD if I don't have a bootable Disc? Thanks Again Bill
