my computer is a fujitsu siemans Amilo d series 1845, when I turn on it will go into windows then come up with error message 'port com 1 not available at the moment the hot sync mangaer will open it when it becomes available,. sometime I can use it for ages and then it goes off, sometimes it goes of immediately. not sure what to do, please help
