my computer was working quite well for about six months after i had the same problem i am going to describe now. everything goes right until it comes up with the phrase: searching for boot record from ide-o....ok. and it sits there, and sits there, and sits there. we had this problem once before and we reinstalled windows, and i lost everything on my hardrive. my brother thinks its my motherboard and my father isnt home to help, so what can i do!!!!! someone help me please. thanks for the help.
