I have a Dell Latitude D266XT and I'm trying to load Windows 98SE. It almost completely loads, but when I get to "Setting up hardware and finalizing settings" the laptop always freezes. It can never get past this point. I've replaced the hard drive and loaded all the appropriate drivers from Dell, but nothing helps. Is this a hardware problem? I'm at the point of giving up. Please help. Tx
