I have a Dell Dimension 8400 Pentium 4 3.2ghz 540 processor with HT technology, 1MB cache, 1 GB Ram, 160 GB Hard Drive PC with XP Media Center. Recently I was prompted to update music match which is the program my daughter uses for her dell jukebox(like ipod) and program froze during install causing crash necessitating xp repair with dell. Also just before that the microsoft beta antispyware program prompted for uninstall of current version and new install of new version. I think these were the only 2 changes made. Now Norton, music match, norton system works, and others hang and then stop responding and are unresponive to end program. When I scanned with system works it found 197 registry errors which it repaired but problem continues. Help?
