I've been trying to rid my computer of adware.180Search and in doing so came across a program called FRED that is shown as being installed on my computer. The only info given is version 1.00.000. I can't find anything about this program anywhere. (I'm running XP)

I found it.

It appears that FRED is some sort of driver or something else related to a program used to study for Step 1 (med' school exam). FRED appears to be USMLE related.

I'm looking for information on this program as well.

I'm going to remove it under the assumption that it can't be important if I can't find any information on it.
