I go to my homepage, and click on email and it restarts. Sometimes it will offer to send a message to Microsoft. I have downloaded Groove Mechanic which is a program to record vinyl to CD. How can I tell what programs are loading and how do I disable them? I sent to start and the thing only shows a couple of programs and then the drop down to determine you settings. I have Windows 2000 thank you.
