I clicked on Axdist.exe in C:\Program Files. Something happened too fast for me to see. At http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q198768/#XSLTH3120121122120121120120 it said: You must not run Axdist.exe on systems that already have Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher installed. Your setup application must test for the existence of Internet Explorer and only execute Axdist.exe on the system if Internet Explorer does not exist. At http://www.softlookup.com/tutorial/ActiveX/index15.asp it said: AXDist.exe (ActiveX) will install the WinINet files and the additional ActiveX controls—WinINet.dll, InLoader.dll, URLMon.dll, HLink.dll, HLinkPrx.dll, OLEAut32.dll, and STDOLE2.tlb. Should I delete those files listed?
