Hi Jen :-) As far as I can remember (I don't have the monitor in front of me at the moment) :On the front panel of the monitor there are three buttons for setting the monitor: press the middle one which looks like a diamond, with a line down the middle of it. Now use the left or right button to select the symbol which looks like a diamond with an arrow coming out the side of it. Now press the centre button again to reset to defaults. Hope this works.....
