for some reason my PC started randomly crashing after i installed new memory and dual layer dvd burner in it. i tried doing a full reformat and clean OS install, but it didnt fix the problem. plz give me some help in this area ASAP........even basic tips will help me!!!!!...(kinda illiterate in the advanced troubleshooting stuff like this)thx a lot,
