Having a printing problem all of sudden with Word 2000. If a file is more than 4 or 5 folder levels deep, Word will no longer print the file. I get an error with the following:
Mod name: msvcrt.dll
App Ver.: 9.0.0.2717
Offset: 00033ec0
Mod Ver: 7.0.2600.1106Computer is a Dell Dimension 2400.
Printer is a Dell A920.
I noticed if I drag that same file out of the folder to the desktop, it prints fine. Why can I no longer print Word documents buried deep in a folder stack? Tried running Norton System Works, re-loaded Word, and re-loaded my print drivers. Nothing helped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
