When starting Windows Millenium it take at least three tries to get to the desktop. First start will get to a black screen and stop, second try will get to the "windows ME" Screen logo and stop, third or more try will actually get to the desktop. Thing is after its started it runs great no problems. Do i have a hardware problem? Any thoughts would be appreciated. jwar4@juno.com
