how to solve:
fatal exception: OE has occurred at 016F:BFF9DFFF;
IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 016f:bff7a138; and
each time I try to access the net I get an error "block" from IE showing a msg to either "send" the report to microsoft or "cancel"; I cannot get rid of this annoying "block" & I cannot access my Control Panel or some folders.
Please help!!!!

Best solution would be to stop using internet explorer. Download Mozilla Firefox and use it as a browser instead. Easy to install, all your files will transfer across. That will solve this problem and a whole host of others from pop-ups to spyware. Mozilla Thunderbird is the email client that goes with it. Read up on them and you'll see the benefits. Good Luck
