Win 98 I push the button in and there is power as the power light is on but there is no startup whatsoever. The on button has always been sticky and previously startup has been intermittently locking on the boot-up page.The reboot button also becomes unusable at his stage. When it did load everything was absolutely fine and dandy but now I am totally unable to boot up.
