I have a Compaq Presario (Win 98)that uses a MV 720 monitor. The computer was causing problems, so I had to reformat the C: drive. In the process, I believe I deleted the correct driver for the MV 720. I cannot change the colors to more that the standard 16 and I cannot change the resolution. I have tried to download some different drivers, but I get the error message that the driver does not work with the hardware/monitor. In the display settings I changed my monitor to Compaq MV720, because when the computer adds it as hardware, the monitor is added as default monitor. What whould my monitor be and what driver should I use? Where can I download that driver? Thanks much!
