I have an HP pavillion desktop with windows98. After unsuccessfully downloading a PDF. documnet from a state gov. website, I shut down and went to lunch. When I tried to restart, it tries to start in safe mode but then the dreaded blue screen appears with a Fatal exception 0E@015F:BFF91F75. The only thing I can do at this point is control+alt+delete. I can't find this particular error anywhere or how to fix it! Help!! What is this error and how can I fix it? I did the emergency boot disk and tried to restore to an earlier time and ran scandisk and scanreg.
