Excel crashes my system now

I don't know what happened, but recently, whenever I try to launch excel my computer would freeze. I don't have any new viruses (that I know of). Please help, thanks, -MM

I have the same problem. My system crashes w/ fatal exception 0e at 016f:bff9dfff
ANy suggestions?
