I have a new XP with pack2 and a good firewall and Norton. However each time after I click the turn off button, an error message would come up and says that an application is being used and the machine can't be turned off. Then it goes by itself. That scares me and annoys me to no end. Does anyone have the same problem? Please help. Jenny
