When I go to shut down my computer, I receive the following message: Fatal Exception OE occurred at 0028:C02A27A8 in VXD VWIN32 (05) 000012D0. 11401-OEM-0094224-52023. I then just hit the return key, and the Windows screen shows up, but my computer won't shut down automatically. Have to manually shut it down. Any ideas on what the problem may be?Thank you for any assistance.
