The above comes up when I try to access Outlook Express. Therefore I cannot use the program. Also, I can no longer use the 'add or remove programs' in control panel. When I try to access this I get an error box come up which says, 'error in control panel file C:\windows\system\appwiz.cpl' Both of these problems occured at the same time after I downloaded Real Player from the Internet. I have since uninstalled this program to no avail.
Anyone out there to give me an answer to this please?
