i cant open windows explorer, control panel, my computer or anything to get to the program files in anyway says explorer: this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down then says i need to reboot im so lost please help rebooting doesnt change anything continuosly does it(i can still get on net and use ie) thankyou

I have the same problem, cannot open a folder and rwceive message runtime error c++ abnormal program termination,. anybody help,. Ps. All other [rograms will startup and run from icons no problem...?
