Remove MSN if your using it, in ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS in the Control Panel. If it's not there don't worry about it. Then Goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Connection Manager
Right Click on the Connection Manager key (not shown here)and delete it. If this doesn't work try unchecking the offending ISP software program in MSCONFIG.
If Service Profile Is Damaged message pops up while dialing, removing/ reinstalling DUN and the ISP may help.
