I'm running Word 97 on a Windows 2000 laptop. I've done a search for all the word.exe errors messages on this board and nothing has worked. Please help!! Anytime I try and insert a hyperlink, i get the word.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows error. I've installed SP4.. that didn't help.. renamed normal.dot, word.pip.. i dont have winfax installed... reinstalled, used office eraser for a complete uninstall... nothing works!!!HELP!
