Outlook express will not send or receive when using it with a wireless connection. Outlook express will work if I am using a dial up. The popup box says it is connected, but nothing else happens. Then after a while it times out and I get an error message.Using windows 98se My ISP is ATT at ATT.net The error message is 0x800CCC0F my POP3 mail box is postoffice.worldnet.att.net I can get my email thought outlook express with the ATT dial up. also I can get my email on the web through att even when I am using the wireless.
