Try this. If it does not work, post back and I will see what I can do!
1)Click Start , point to Settings , and then click Control Panel .
2)Double-click Network .
3)On the Configuration tab, click your TCP/IP protocol, and then click Properties .
4)Write down the settings that are displayed on each tab in the TCP/IP Properties dialog box.
5)Click Cancel , and then click Remove .
6)Click OK . When prompted to restart the computer, click Yes .
7)Click Start , point to Settings , and then click Control Panel .
8)Double-click Network .
9)On the Configuration tab, click Add .
10)Click Protocol , and then click Add .
11)In the Manufacturers box, click Microsoft .
12)In the Network Protocols box, click TCP/IP , and then click OK .
13)On the Configuration tab, click your TCP/IP protocol, and then click Properties .
14)Restore all the settings on each tab in the TCP/IP Properties dialog box, and then click OK .
15)Click OK . When prompted to restart the computer, click Yes .
