What is making my pc close down with this remote procedure messege and how do i stop it

if you dont want to go to the hassle of messing with services..

whenever you see that 59secs to go...go to start, run, and type "shutdown /a"

and it disappears ;) then blast the blaster

You probably have either blaster or welchia virus. Run scan if you have anti-virus software installed. Else d/load AVG Anti-Virus for free.
To stop the restarting, go to control panel>admin tools>services and double click RPC. Click recovery tab at the top, and set all failures to do nothing. Get a fix from www.symantec.com
Remember to set the RPC services to restart once you have cleared the virus
