Everytime I try to load Norton Internet Security, I get a blue screen that says"An exception has occurred at 0028:coo3cb32 in VxD 10s (01) + 000000430. It may be possible to continue normally. Press any key to attempt to continue. Press control, alt, delete to restart your computer" Naturally when you do so, the screen goes blank. How do I fix it and to keep it from occurring again?
