Feel like an idiot. My son uninstalled word due to hang/freeze problem I hope I'll be able to solve with info found here (delete normal.dot). However, now we can't reinstall word. When I get to setup, it asks for a 25 char product key. The certificate for Works is not 25 characters. The certificate for windows is 25, but of course that doesn't work. I know this is stupid, but I'm at my wit's end. Hope someone can help.
