I have windows XP home edition on a Compaq Presario laptop. I tried to first download some spy-ware software. That was successful and began to check for items. I left the computer and when I came back I closed the cover but I wasn't sure if it was done scanning. Later, I tried to turn on the computer and it comes to a screen with options: safe mode, and so on. Well, the problem is that whatever I choose, it will not work. The computer will just not start to windows. Any ideas or suggestions? If there is any vital information I have left out, please let me know and I will respond as soon as possible. Thanks a lot.Raj
