I am using Word 2000 and when I attempt to open a word document I get this error message, Winword has caused a problem in ms09.dll and needs to close. I have renamed Normal.dot, that was no good. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office software, that was no good either.

THE PROBLEM IS IN THE DICTIONARY OF WORD. YF YOU SEE IN "TOOLS"-"OPTIONS" "GRAMAR" YOU CAN SEE THE DICTIONARY THAT ARE IN USE, NORMALLY "PERSONAL.DIC". YOU SHOULD CLICK IN ADD AND SEE THE WAY WHERE IS THE DICTIONARY, THEN UNNISTALL MSOFFICE AND YOU SHOULD GO TO THE SITE WHERE IS THE DICTIONARY AN ERASE IT.

INSTALL MS OFFICE AGAIN AND THE PROBLEM WILL BE KILL.
