Hi, I have a Toshiba laptop on Windows XP. Just today, this message began popping up every time I boot up and get to desktop

"The PSAP.DLL file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtAllocateVirtualMemory"

When I press 'ok', it simple goes away but is there when I reboot. Also today, my homepage was set to www.toons something. I used 'hijack this' and fixed that problem. Or did I? Are these two very much interrelated?

psap.dll this file error pops up on windows ex.7.the file name has to be changed to psapold.dll,try this.
