hi i have just run into a problem out of the blue whenever i try to open wordpad adobe photoshop 6 or nero cover designer i get the message XXX has generated errors ive checked in dr watson and this is the error code c0000005 (access violation) im running WINDOWS 2000 please please can anybody help me!

Uninstall the delfin media viewer in add/remove programs

go to add/remove programs and check if u have any thing that says delfin media viewer it worked for me
