whenever i go on line this new toolbar keeps showing immediately under the address bar. no matter how often i untick it the bar will reappear. what is it and someone make it go away

go to your control panel and the go to add remove programs scroll down and you see a program xxx hotbar remove this then your "toolbar" is gone
