I have been long rid of the virus but I still get an error message "Unable to locate winlogin.exe" upon startup. How do I get this message to stop? It makes startup take unbearably long for my preference.

I found winlogin.exe but it won't let me end the process. I then did steps 4 & 5 but didn't find any of the files it said I should delete.
