Running Win 98SE on a shared computer with Network access. Multiple user profiles and logins. Have deleted all the pwl files without success, tried microsoft download patches without success. This message appears on initial boot-up, right at the end of the boot-up procedure. Occasionally occurs when starting IE. Have tried inactivating conflicting hardware (as per MS instructions).Any clues? please
