 unable to connect to incoming (POP3) mail server Post a Reply

I have two computers running Windows XP and Office XP. Neither one of them will connect to our incoming mail server. All the account info is correct. I can send but I can not receive. Anybody have any thoughts?

Check to see if digital encryption is turned on. If so, turn off.
