I have found a solution (or so it seems) to the problem. There are a certain adware/spyware files running in the background of your system which mess with the Rundll32 process. If you can do a Crtl-Alt-Del to bring up the Windows Task Manager to determine the name, do a search for the name in Google and that should provide some pages as to how to remove the nasty bugers from your system. This will involve playing with the registeries on your system and the like...i believe the BookCase Bsx3 was teh problem i was having......um, yeah. good luck jake.
