Eudora worked fine on my new Dell for several weeks. This past weekend it would not open. I got the message, "an unhandled exception has occurred." The error log said it referred to the file ntdll.dll; it also mentioned checksum 0x002765e8. I would prefer to avoid a reinstall. Thanks!
